Hello! My name is Reniel Carol Paniza, and I am a 28-year-old studied Biology from Central Mindanao University in the Philippines. I have professional experience in administrative work and real estate, where I developed strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. I also have experience tutoring children face-to-face, which has strengthened my passion for teaching and working with young learners. I enjoy creating a positive, encouraging, and engaging learning environment where children can feel comfortable asking questions and developing their skills. I speak Bisaya and Tagalog and fluent in English, which might help me allow to communicate effectively with learners from different backgrounds. I am patient, approachable, and dedicated to helping children learn and grow. Teaching is something I genuinely enjoy, especially when I can make learning fun, meaningful, and enjoyable for learners.

My teaching style is learner-centered and structured from general to specific. I usually begin with broad concepts or ideas before gradually moving toward more detailed information, in the hopes learners build a clear understanding of the topic step by step. I also value getting to know my learners’ interests because I believe that incorporating topics, examples, or activities that are relevant to them can make lessons more engaging and meaningful. Moreover, I encourage my learners to express what they would like to learn beyond the planned lesson. I ask about their learning interests and allow their questions and curiosity to guide parts of the discussion. I also welcome their suggestions and feedback regarding my teaching because I believe that effective teaching involves continuous improvement. By listening to my learners, I can adjust my approach, identify what works well for them, and find ways to make the learning experience more effective and enjoyable.
